Location :Bottom of the street Moustier, central location at the gates of Noailles, 4 minutes walk from the old port. Tram station 1 minute away. Close to all amenities, markets and transport

Composition : The apartment is composed as follows :

Large living room kitchen. With sofa, TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen.

2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, one of which has a small balcony and a laundry room

Description :The apartment is air-conditioned with a control in each room.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator (accessible from the 1st floor)

Location :Boulevard Louis Salvator, 5 minutes walk from the “Notre Dame du Mont” and “Estrangin – Préfecture” metros and 2 minutes walk from the “place de Rome” tram. On the 5th floor with elevator of a well maintained building. The location is ideal halfway between Cours Julien and the Old Port.

Composition :Apartment renovated in August 2022. It consists of a living room office, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a 140 x 190 bed on the mezzanine. A small balcony with table chairs and awning.

Description :The apartment is air-conditioned with a bed on the mezzanine, sofa bed in the living room, kitchen, bathroom. Area: 15 m2 + mezzanine + balcony

Location : rue Armand Bédarride, 2 steps from Cours Julien and Notre Dame du Mont metro. On the 2nd floor without elevator of a well maintained building, very bright living room. The apartment is quiet despite the proximity of the Cours Julien (living room and bedroom 1 on a dead end and bedrooms 2 and 3 on the inner courtyard)
